You can choose from a delicious breakfast buffet with a variety of regional products and a large selection of bread and rolls from our local bakeries, homemade fruit spread and many other delicacies for a perfect start of your day. ## Breakfast times of the Brasserie From Monday to Friday: 6:00 to 10:00 am On Saturdays, Sundays and on public holidays: 7:00 to 10:30 am Early risers can also enjoy our delicious breakfast "Early Bird" from 5:00 am from Monday to Friday. We will be happy to indulge you with coffee/tea and delicious pastries. For more information, please do not hesitate to contact us. ## Event location Our Brasserie is the perfect venue for exclusive events for up to 80 people. Wooden elements, comfortable benches and chairs and a fascinating view to the Hellenstein Castle and the city of Heidenheim offer a unique ambience. In summer, the garden terrace provides another highlight. A place which invites our guests to linger and that offers at the same time an unforgettable holiday feeling.
